petalbypetal: (clay) flowers
{ green chrysanthemum, yellow roses, and cream gardenia }
this week's big idea: plants. was inspired by a storque post about all the garden items available on etsy, which would make for awesome floral but *also* good ideas for favors or actually feeding people or registry gifts ... saw a quote today (i think in real simple?) attributed to chinese proverb, which i'll paraphrase... [edited 6.18]
pleasure for an hour, a bottle of wine; pleasure for a year, marriage; pleasure for a lifetime, a garden.
to kick off, here's someone i inadvertently missed in my post on bouquets and flowers on etsy -- more amazing deco clay flowers. beautiful work!
