was supposed to be at the beach in NC this weekend, didn't work out with taking off from the day job... and of course sometimes it's just nice to be at home when you've been traveling so many weeks in a row.
still... i miss the shore. there's not much better than that feeling at the end of a summer day, when your skin is still salted, and the sun hits everything at that slant-orange color, and the breeze is coming in off the water with the waves rolling in, and you're *just* getting hungry for dinner. yes please.
