lacey: fuchsia, navy, and silver

{ "just married" custom wedding banner from glitterme }

since i threw bri a bit under the bus (here are cute things for you a week before your wedding, in case you wanted some *extra* retail torture), let's see if i can't get ahead of some of the other fall 2008 color palettes.

Our colors are a deep Fuchsia with accents of Navy and Silver. The girls will wear a full length gown in Fuchsia and their bouquets will be tied with Navy ribbon, shoes will be silver. My dress is Ivory. We're getting married September 13, 2008!

Our underlying theme is Art Deco and carries through our Invites, web page and reception venue-they used it to film the Copacabana! You can check out our design theme at our website-[omitted]. I thought the minute I would get engaged that I would know exactly what colors I wanted but that was the decision that took me the longest.

love art deco -- sounds gorgeous. good luck with the next few weeks, and congratulations, lacey! :)

  1. Could you do mine? I would love to see your take on it. I am using a bee motif on the invitations/ stationary and cake (with a super cute - - - - swirly pattern). My colors are primarily yellow and white with small accents of red and coral/ apricot in the flowers, etc. I was marginally inspired by a nectarine, but I based nearly all of the palette on shades of yellow. And, I am serving picnic theme food. Lots of grilled foods, veggie kabobs, sliders, fruit salad, corn on the cob, and some family recipes. Oh, it's in September :).
